Loaded Avocado Toast

Unless you have been living on a remote island then you probably have heard about the ever-coveted Avocado toast.  Well I want to share my version of a more nutrient avocado toast that even my son eats.  I eat this almost every day and it keeps me feeling full yet not weighed down.

Ingredients

Scale
    1. Multi Grain or gluten free bread
    2. 1 avocado 
    3. 1 table spoon margarine
    4. Arugula
    5. 1 lemon wedge
    6. Dash of Himalayan pink salt 
    7. Egg white optional

Instructions

Put vegan margarine over your toast then add the fresh avocado. After I squeeze lemon. Add Arugula. Next is a healthy serving of arugula and Himalayan salt.
