My Morning Routine

I always start out the day with putting my kettle on the stove for my water and lemon.
I typically use about half of a freshly cut lemon into a full mug of hot water.
Afterwards, I drink half a cup of green juice and take my vitamins at this time.

My vitamins consist of:
Vegan Pre Natal, Fish oil, Turmeric, and B2.
Once I have done a few chores and a quick yoga session I incorporate solids.
Almost every day I have Ezekiel toast with avocado and margarine.

The reason I do it in this order is that I am giving my system an opportunity to clean its self out naturally. This system also helps digestion.
